How we build it
Every component of the house is constructed and assembled in a controlled and efficient environment. We build at factory individual modules or sections of the house complete with all necessary finishes, fixtures and all systems including electricity and plumbing.
There is an example of frame construction for modular houses.

The standard package for every model comprises of internal and external finishing, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing installations, ventilation system, heating and a fully-equipped bathroom.

INTERIOR FINISHING

Flooring: Parquet board (14 mm)or Laminate (AC5, 8-10mm) or Vinyl (class 33, 4-5mm) or large-format tiles
Walls: painted in white color or spruce/pine cladding
Ceiling: painted in white color or spruce/pine cladding
Doors: concealed or standard

EXTERIOR FINISHING

Facade: Spruce/Pine, Thermo pine, Larch, Standing Seam
Windows: PVC, triple glazed with energy-saving glass. Entrance door: Three point re-enforced espagnolette locking mechanism with hardened steel hook bolts.
Gutter system: concealed in facade

BATHROOM EQUIPMENT

The bathroom is delivered with a fully finished interior and furniture.

Plumbing fixtures include a shower cabin, a wall-hung toilet, a sink with a faucet, and a towel dryer.

Furniture consists of a cabinet with a mirror above the sink and a cabinet under the sink.

50-100L boiler is also included by default.
  • Electricity
    The entire electrical wiring of the house is installed with all sockets and light fixtures included. The wiring is concealed within the walls and is installed within a protective corrugated pipe. A distribution board with protective circuit breakers is located in the room designated for connecting all communications (switch box). An exterior socket can also be provided on the facade (optional).

    The electrical wiring is hidden within a frame, and cable laying in the walls is done through a PVC corrugated pipe. The electrical wiring is made with NYM-J 3x1.5mm or 3x2.5mm cable, and includes socket groups with USB-A sockets.
  • Ventilation
    The house ventilation system consists of supply air vents in the bedrooms and living room (which can be easily replaced with heat recovery ventilation units) and a forced ventilation fan in the bathrooms that creates a constant negative pressure, drawing in fresh air through ventilation openings in the exterior walls.

    Optionally, a full-fledged heat recovery ventilation system with a supply and exhaust ventilation system can be installed.
  • Plumbing
    The plumbing and sewage systems is installed and connected to all the necessary fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen wall has standard connections for cold and hot water, as well as drainage, and multiple electrical outlets.

    The sewage system features PVC pipes with a diameter of 50/110 mm, while the water supply is made with a polyethylene pipe with a diameter of 16-20 mm.
  • Heating
    The basic package includes electric convection heaters in the bedrooms and living room, as well as an electric towel warmer in the bathroom.

    Additionally, the following can be installed:
    • Air-Conditioner
    • Warm floor
    • Air-to-air heat pump
    • Stove fireplace
