Reservation deposit - 10%
Receiving AR drawings for building permit.
Start of production - 40%
Signing contract and start of production.
6-10 weeks of production time
You will receive weekly update report of your house build process.
Site preparation
Prepare the site, this may involve clearing the land, installing utilities, and building a foundation
Shipping ordering - 30%
4 weeks prior shipping. Confirmation shipping. Ordering transport.
Shipping date is confirmed
The final shipping date is confirmed. The crane can be ordered by the client.
House is delivered and installed - 20%
House is delivered, installed and accepted by client.

We deliver all over the Europe, but our houses can be also delivered worldwide.
Together with our logistics and transport partners we have a wide experience delivering to Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Finland and other countries.

Delivery from production to the Central Europe region is included in house price, the cost of delivering to the particular place depends on the exact location and distance from our manufacture location.
