- Flooring: Parquet board (14 mm) or Laminate (AC5, 8-10mm) or Vinyl (class 33, 4-5mm).
ELECTRICITY
- The electrical wiring is hidden within a frame. The cable laying in the walls is done through a PVC corrugated pipe
- The electrical wiring is made with NYM-J 3x1.5mm and 3x2.5mm cable

- Installed by fully qualified Electricians to comply with Building Regulations
