ELECTRICITY
The entire electrical wiring of the house is installed with all sockets and light fixtures included. The wiring is concealed within the walls and is installed within a protective corrugated pipe. A distribution board with protective circuit breakers is located in the room designated for connecting all communications (switch box). An exterior socket is also be provided on the facade.
The electrical wiring is hidden within a frame, and cable laying in the walls is done through a PVC corrugated pipe. The electrical wiring is made with NYM-J 3x1.5mm or 3x2.5mm cable.

HEATING AND COOLING
The heating is provided with air-to-watter Mitsubishi heat pump with warm floor.

VENTILATION
The house ventilation system consists of supply air vents in the bedrooms and living room (which can be easily replaced with heat recovery ventilation units) and a forced ventilation fan in the bathrooms that creates a constant negative pressure, drawing in fresh air through ventilation openings in the exterior walls.
Optionally, a full-fledged heat recovery ventilation system with a supply and exhaust ventilation system can be installed.

PLUMBING
The plumbing and sewage systems is installed and connected to all the necessary fixtures in the bathroom, kitchen and technical root. The kitchen wall has standard connections for cold and hot water, as well as drainage, and multiple electrical outlets.
The sewage system features PVC pipes with a diameter of 50/110 mm, while the water supply is made with a polyethylene pipe with a diameter of 16-20 mm.
