Electrical wiring made with NYM-J 3x1.5mm or 3x2.5mm cable and installed within a protective corrugated pipe and hidden in the construction to maximize design and appearance.
Spotlights with switches are included in all models according to the drawing. Optionally additional fasade lights, interior LED light, fasade LED light or fasade socket can be installed.
Sockets and switch buttons are consistently of the Schneider brand and are mounted in a way that they can accommodate all spaces.
The electrical center is equipped with automatic fuses and earth leakage circuit breakers.

VENTILATION
The house ventilation system consists of supply air vents in the bed rooms and a forced ventilation fan in the bathroom that creates a constant negative pressure, drawing in fresh air through ventilation openings in the exterior walls.
WATER AND SEWERAGE
The plumbing and sewage systems is installed and connected to all the necessary fixtures in the bathroom, kitchen and technical room. The kitchen wall has standard connections for cold and hot water as well as drainage.
The sewage system features PVC pipes with a diameter of 50/110 mm, while the water supply is made with a polyethylene pipe with a diameter of 16-20 mm.
Hot water distribution is carried out via a hot water heater that holds 80L.

The kitchen with equipment is fully assembled in the factory. It has standard connections for cold and hot water, as well as drainage, and multiple electrical outlets.
The kitchen can be different for different models, there are some standard options:

For models with Loft the ladder with the wardrobe is included by default. The ladder cabinet has laminated panels in white with drawers of different size.
Freestanding furniture is not included by default and available as an additional option.
